Not being truthful nor transparent? You mean like the claim being made and the refusal to back it up?

How about the truthfulness and the transparency of the claim being met. Then there would be no need to even ask the company, would there?

It would be in the best interest for the claim to be backed up to maintain the integrity of said claim in the first place.
