Interesting post Gordo..Everyone should read it. I disagree with most of it, but you make it sound so plausible. I guess the main reason I don't agrre with it is that Sandy's neck is on the line in public pr's. If he did dilute right now he would be sued by his largest investors for breach of fiduciary contract, violation of SEC laws, and fraud. KNowing what this TIGER (BKMP) has I don't see him diluting at all. He has LOTS more to LOSE, than gain in your scenario.
