Can someone explain this? Since noon my Scottrade Time&sales shows sales (in red) at the bid (.0094) and all of these transactions "outside the bid/ask" (in blue) at .0093 A green is a buy, and a red is a sell. No greens since noon, mostly blues and some reds. The bid has been .0094 and the ask has been .0095 since noon. Are the blues sells or buys or both? And why so many outside the bid/ask?
