JLS..I never said we were going to go to 1020 on RUT..I said if it was going to go there we would know in advance by looking at the CCI signals..I also said it looked more like a bounce was due than more down..I think that post was made on Saturday..Anyway the RUT has sure been a leader all year...but the small caps will fade the fastest when the market finally runs it's up course.We made it back to the daily 20MA...see if that will act as Rez for this burn??
