For the RUT to get to 1020 which is the daily 200 MA , we would need to get belowt the 100MA now at 1077 and the 140MA now at 1055...We would probably know ahead of time if that was going to happen by watching the CCI's..If CCI60 crosses below zero then that signals a move to the 100MA..If CCI100 crosses below zero then that signals a move to the 140 MA..Right now it looks more like a bounce just ahead...but only time will tell.
