What/who's equipment does Simpro have the agreement with to build(but have not built in the 15 years they have had the agreement)?

What does Tirex have? A patent but looks like they had an agreement with GRSI and used the patent as collateral, the same patent that Simpro would use to build the equipment for WDRP(ReGenesis).

IF GRSI is successful in the courts and obtain the patent from Tirex, how is Simpro going to build equipment they don't have the patent rights for?

Who is ReGenesis and what do they have that WDRP is buying? I don't have any idea. It appears ReGensis has been trying to put this plant up for 12+ years. Why isn't it up yet? Did Tirex build anything since receiving the patent 15 years ago?

Who is Tirex? A non compliant pinkly stock with zero money. I beleive that was why they signed an agreement with GRSI - to become compliant but it never happened. Why? Looks like that is for the courts to decide.
