If a company press release, I think if we see one it will be more likely next week in front of the annual meeting; if it was close enough to ready to release today, they would have sped it up and done it Tues before the Oppy conf. Linda's tone of voice in her pres, and her DCVax-D slide, implied to me they are working hard to release 1st data on DCVax-D this month (slide still said Q4 2013). As you know, the DCVax-D Phase I is unblinded, so they know the data to date; I would guess they are discussing w/ MD Anderson to arrive at a consensus on what and when to release.
