The little guys seem to understand that a company like EGLE could recover from the mess, but the big guys will use "pre-packs" to prevent that from happening and preempt giving wealth to little people.

It reeks of conspiracy, but the media will convince us that it was best for the company, considering their immediate cash flow problems.
