A question about ENTA float.

Let's say that at IPO enta sold 5M (out of 20M sh authorized. Numbers are approximate and figurative). So there are 5M sh floating around. Then after 6 mos with lockup expiration, either VCs or insiders sold 1M, the float would now be 6M, an increase of 1M right ?

The point is that whenever retailers sell, the float does not increase but whenever VCs or insiders sell, the float increases by the exact amount they unload.
