Some time ago it was understood that SD may have a piece of information or document which was described as a smokimg gun in the case where the royalties paid to Fitz as well as Ranspot by Barrick had a tie in with the overall theft of the SJ CLAIMS!

If there were a way of bringing the activities in the USA as well as those being perpetrated in Chile this act would be a extreme value in building credibility aside from what Salinas is doing in Chile.
Now we all know big bucks have been spent in this case and yes Johnson is most to lay blame on ....this was his raison d'etre.
He paid himself over many years in shares and warrants and made a ally to control the company as major share holders.
