On the link I provided, there is an "English" button. You can read about chinese mushrooms, and they claim an affilition with CLAD.

On the other site, I used Google Translate. I have a browser plug in.

Several men were arrested in 2011 for selling stock in Liaoning, China under the name of (various) Agriculture Development, Ltd.

They apparently took money from Chinese investors, and didn't pay the interest on the debts, which to me, sounds like a BK, but in China, it may be different.

OTOH, in America, the same would be considered securities fraud if there was no company and the money sort of vanished.

If there is no company, then where are they growing the mushrooms, and who has access to the CIK number?

A lot of confusion involving names of Ltd. companies, and people with similar names. Yung Kong Chin not arrested, and Liaoning Dingxu Ecological Agriculture Development, Ltd. is only a contractural relationship with us. The name of the Limited company appears in the article, but it might be a misprint or bad translation of a similar named company. The names of the perpetrators are not familiar.

Note that the ltd is not the Inc.

Anyway, I don't like CEO's who let this stuff go around without explaining and correcting. So My Opinion stands. He's a rube.
