I read the news item, and think "scam" but further review makes me think Bankrupt.

Are you saying that Yung Kong Chin plucked the company out of Bankrupt, and the former owners were arrested?

In America, they don't arrest people for bankrupt. They give them better jobs and golden parachutes. I know, America is a silly place.
