This is a pretty accurate summary by Bald Eagle. The only part missing is that it is because of JJ's foolish and stubborn greed in grabbing up so many contiguous properties on the mountain that we are even here, talking about this. Either this constitutes a story of the extraordinary folly of an obsessed man, or it will make the mining history books as an unparalleled accomplishment.
