Id..There was a long article in the Austin newspaper Saturday about our drought and the toll it takes. There was a chart ranging from abnormally dry to drought-exceptional (the worst rating)...an' there we are right smack-dab in the very center of it.

So y'all give with some more rain dances, puhleeze! IMO, even Midas' efforts should be welcome.

We're desperate, I tell you.

Speaking of choices (I quite agree with everything you said, Id)...I think I've made a wise one to indulge my one and only vice (no laughing permitted) ...and go on a 3-day gambling jaunt to Louisiana. We're leaving in the morning and will be back Thursday.
