So, just as suspected .... nothing has been finalized. Another FPFI deadline has been missed. No done deals on either of those 2 overdue LOIs. That's why there has been no news from Quirk. He has nothing of value to say to his investors/public and who knows if he ever will? So this was today's reply from the company, huh?

We are still working on it. As we tell all investors… once anything is finalized the company will alert the public via news release and/or public filing. Thank you for your patience.
