Wow, I emailed the company less than 30 min ago about the importance of telling us something, and they replied already, albeit very general.

my email to them:
"Sirs,
I am writing again as I received no reply from my earlier email. This is in regard to the HPP acquisition that Fresh Promise Foods has been working on. The last word investors heard from Mr Quirk is that he expected both the HPP deal as well as the Indian Hills deal to be completed by Thanksgiving. If that has happened there must be a reason we as investors have yet to hear. But if it has not happened, I would implore you to give investors some kind of word, whether it is still being worked on, or if it fell through and you are searching for another HPP facility to possibly acquire. But the point is, even though Thanksgiving timeframe was not in any way set in stone, and we realize that, some kind of brief update with anything you may be permitted to say, is necessary to maintain investor confidence. I'm sure you know how important that is.
Even a mere "we're still working on it" would suffice for now.
But please tell us something as soon as possible.

We are still working on it. As we tell all investors…once anything is finalized the company will alert the public via news release and/or public filing. Thank you for your patience.


Take it for what you will, but at least they answered.
