That's true. But AMD's guidance means about $0.50 in Q106. Ok, Q206 could be less. But then AMD would have to go negative in Q306 and Q406 to meet $0.35. Even if the NGA are gang buster runaway hits, they likely won't ship in much more volume than to regain the MS lost to that point. And In Q305, without the extra charges and the Spansion losses, AMD made almost $0.40 a share.
