forgot to mention, this would all need to happen within a year. seen way too many companies since the mid 90s drag it out and never recover shareholders or make new ones.
Its not just timing for the company, its the market, it will have a major correction by the end of next year, if this don't pop by then it most likely will get stuck in the vortex of time. just my opinion, but its based on historical facts, experience, and observations.
