Could anybody here describe Riskless Principal Transactions that make it nearly impossible to short a pink sheet stock in an easy to understand way?

Actually, a Riskless Principal transaction has mainly to do with how MM's conduct their transactions and with the daily short volume everyone likes to tout. I probably can't explain it any better than BB, so I'll let his post do the explaining.
