Shares are being Shorted! thats the reason for the price decline. We have all seen that excuse used by the scoundrels trying to make excuses for dumping. We all know better than that, but it is hard to put it into simple words for the newbs to understand. Could anybody here describe Riskless Principal Transactions that make it nearly impossible to short a pink sheet stock in an easy to understand way?
