so let me see if I have this perfectly clear...MSJ did not give BGL the 60% ownership, nor did they give any percentage of the company or cinco minas to BGL? Correct? Yes I'm certain that's correct...

So....Since MSJ never gave them any percentage of the company, nor any percentage of Cinco Minas, it's quite obvious that BGL has ZERO percent ownership of Cinco Minas which further proves that BGL are a bunch of lying scumbags
