Stopped, even if it means breaking their own rules to do so? Changes to Senate rules requires 2/3 vote per Senate rules. Last time I checked, 52 votes is NOT 2/3. We are being hijacked.

But when that party blocks EVERYTHING to include in year two of BO administration bills that were REP sponsored !!! --- then it is tyranny by the minority and needs to be stopped
