Fillibuster in general used to be 66 votes and is now 60

These rules have been changed before


And they should be left alone to protect the minority out of power party

But when that party blocks EVERYTHING to include in year two of BO administration bills that were REP sponsored !!! --- then it is tyranny by the minority and needs to be stopped

wrong if DEMS stop everything as minority
wrong if REPS stop everything as minority


and with all that - this is re appointments and not legislation
