I may be wrong in this, but he may be able to appoint the judge now who oversees the FnF case if it isn't resolved in the first case scheduled for June of 14...this is really big news and not in a good way...I am not a short, a faithful long here. But there is no longer checks and balances if he indeed just reduced the number of votes needed...
