Nonsense, theres ALWAYS shares at .0001 on the ASK with NO BID. That is an undeniable fact. With UNSOLICITED junk stocks like PYCT all BIDs and ASKs represent RETAIL buyer/seller broker orders. MMs do not make a market in it and make no offers to buy or sell PYCT from their own accounts.

If there were no shares at .0002 then it would be BID .0001 and ASK .0002+
