If you're getting under 10 Mbps from your provider, that's your problem. Ntek devices won't do a thing to improve that except give you resampled HD content. Supposedly if you get more than 10Mbps, then ntek or any other player will stream at lossless 4K. You also need a TV that is HD and 4K capable.
