Adanac - do you have any Accurate Totals. The figures you provide about the 30 seconds are old outdated totals. Do you know how to check when trades settled after the first 30 Seconds? I looked at the SEC tracking and found that ALL pyct trades settled - So there is no short here...just a lot of DUMPING of .0001 shares by this scam.
