Here are Tobins comments about MOBL this week!

MOBILEPRO CORP. (OTC BB: MOBL)

READYING FOR THE BIG TIME

MobilePro is now looking at more than 70 municipal wireless deals
for its NeoReach subsidiary, and Flagstaff, Ariz., looks like it
will be the next in line. Within the state, MOBL has already
launched a network in Tempe and is deploying a second one in
Chandler, so it makes good sense.

What's more, wireless systems are covered by Homeland Defense
appropriations in most cases, but cities are finding so much value
in getting the networks up and working immediately that they aren't
waiting for funding.

We used the Lexis/Nexus databases and searched the words "wireless
network" and "municipal wireless," and found that a number of U.S.
cities are in the midst of bidding for systems. We kinda feel
like "CSI" investigators, but it's fun -- and it really shows how
many cities are dead-set on getting wireless networks in their
cities ASAP.

On the finance side, we expect to see new funding quickly evolve
now that MOBL has engaged Ryan Beck as its new investment bank.
Above all, this financing means that MobilePro will graduate from
its years of not-so-wonderful PIPE deals, and confirms that MOBL
has become much more valuable with the acquisition of Kite, et al.

This new financing will be a major corporate ChangeQuake -- more
patient institutional investors and lower-dilution equity. And
MobilePro will need a strong equity base to win in its competition
to provide wireless service to upward of 70 cities that it is
currently bidding for.

MOBL is now poised for the "S-curve" growth at the top line and
bottom line we have been looking for, as it transforms itself from
a "kludge" (all you techies know this means inelegant design) of
dying telecom assets, into a municipal wireless provider of
national significance.

We strongly recommend subscribers get fully positioned soon, since
MOBL appears to be readying for the big time.
