From what I've read on the NYBD board it sounds like there are claims that Rico stole product from Pleasant.

I know it is, but those very "Pleasant Kids" water bottles that you see (they are adorable) were EXPU's brand (now dba American Premium Water) until something big happened that resulted in Rico getting the BIG BOOT. I mean, we don't know if he just stole the inventory and moved it from Georgia to Burbank, CA or what. But our company (EXP*) has indicated "corporate theft" on his behalf in more ways than one

I wonder if he learned that trick from Iglesias who did pretty much the same thing with the wine he stole from CAGR.
