Bsav, Thank you for your response. I came to the conclusion today without others influencing, that I am willingly going to keep adding to my position and portfolio. I personally know many attorneys who continuously take cases on contigency because there is a case to be made and period. These attorneys hardly ever break even. Most of the attorney fees are receovered in attorney costs anyways. And as far as I know, attorney fees has been included in this case against ATVI. Susman and Godfrey who vested 9 months of research prior to take this case says alot. Therefore, speculation of quarterly financials or product movement does not apply here. Also, the fact that Kidrin is a one man operation also is irrelevant. If Kidrin's patents are violated, it means this could be revolutionary to the MMO genre. And now, I get it, Kidrin's patents could be revolutionary and open opportunities. It was mind boggling to read about a past invterview with Kidrin who stated: "we've had past discussions with Activision Blizzard's CEO, Robert Kotick, concerning a possible JV with Worlds Inc, so he was aware of our patents many years ago, yet made the decision in our opinion to willfully infringe upon our patented technology. And Bsav, this is the David and Goliath scenario you referred to. I get it. There is also negative feedback circulating ATVI regarding Plagiarism with new call of duty and old call of duty. Go figure!
