JC4033 - I can only speak for myself here. I have accumulated close to 1M shares, more than half of which I purchased within the past 30 days. I have a much longer term strategy than most of the people on this board. I'm looking much further down the road than Judge Casper's ruling. And I do know a few others with much larger WDDD holdings than me who don't post here, all of whom are similarly looking at the longterm big picture. Clearly, we are interested in the outcome of the hearing, as we all stand to suffer through a period of short term pain if things do not go well. Indeed, it takes very little money to create significant price fluctuations, giving the day traders and flippers ample opportunity to make or lose lots of money. All of that said, we strongly believe Worlds owns the foundational patents that ATVI and other infringers have stolen to make billions. It's the classic "David v. Goliath" story that never gets old. Ultimately, this case will go to trial and Worlds/SG will convince the jury that it has been wronged and is entitled to hundreds of millions of dollars or more. Of course these are only the humble opinions of a collective group of longterm investors. I'll let others here speak to their strategies on playing the short term swings.
