As I have been posting: things are starting to percolate in VD$C!

This news release, if read carefully, is substantive as it outlines the steps Peter will be taking to formalize reporting matters as it relates to:
-- the dissemination of news concerning corportate activity;
-- the status of the company's financials;
-- providing regular, recurring updates on the aforementioned by utlizing SEC-accepted standards through the filing 8-K Statements.

These actions are providing the investment community with the confidence it needs to promote an transparent company, thus dissuading the critics and and cynics.
