olddog - Thanks for posting that non-disclosure covenant from the General Dynamics contract. Explains why I been unable to get Janet to comment about the status of IDCC's work on the MUOS program, or even about the status of other(competing) defense dept programs.

Early last year the Defense Dept said they planned to make a decision by October '05 on how to reconcile the multiple wireless programs they have underway. My interest is focused on seeing whether they decide to go with "Win T" or "MUOS" technology for the big "Future System" deployment plans(based on what I can figure out, QCOM is the tech support sub-contractor on the narrowband CDMA being used in "Win T", while InterDigital is the tech support sub-contractor on the wideband CDMA tech being used in "MUOS").

Have not been able to find any public disclosures on the status of that decision process and struck out getting anything of substance about that topic from Janet as well. Now I know why.
