There seems to be some "denial" about the SEC truly revoking Artfest International (ARTS) because it does not appear on this list. The ProTek (PRPM) alleged "ceo" is PR'ing and claiming to merge his SEC suspended Artfest shares with PRPM. Can you please educate the PRPM board with the status of the ARTS SEC revocation?
