Sorry, the only facts to which I was referring were Bob's own message and the repeated FDA rejections.

I guess I should have said the "FDA variance that they have not yet been able to get after years of trying, including an untold thousands of dollars of expense and even hiring an FDA variance expert"! I guess this way sounds much more optimistic and less definitive.

Any idea on when they will be able to get this very important FDA variance? Afterall, they can't sell to any US law enforcement agency without it.

Is it a matter of the product not being able to be made compliant, or is it they hired an expert who really doesn't understand the process and can't help them navigate? Seems like it is one or the other, and in either case pretty telling about the tech or the mgmt.
