Joe did not see this coming. No way to call this a planned promo.
You can't predict what Washington will do. SEVIS should have been here way back before the interim CEO. The stall on SEVI cost Joe, Donnell and Cirmo their restricted shares.
And it sure is funny how when Q get ANOTHER cert or accomplishment and puts it out, it must be a Promo, LOL. I think that term is WAYYYYY over used and overblown. But at the same time, everytime it gets called a promo we know they did their job!
