Not really, that is where you will score great entry shares....... If they dump. Those are all holding strong out of necessity. Sucks but those massive blocks of shares we saw are out of the float due to being in the red. With some hope, by the time this is back above .005, the story has enough going on to make this look like a solid hold. And not on Dean/Jeff BS style either.
I like that the pps tanked on them. It changed their motivation in the story. LT holders now.

You can't predict what Washington will do. SEVIS should have been here way back before the interim CEO. The stall on SEVI cost Joe, Donnell and Cirmo their restricted shares. They got those mature around the .005 range. 60+mm! Nice pay back for a years work!
Hope they bought back. Someone or ones got many millions in the .0002 before me. Almost 2 weeks of good volume till I got mine.
