so the arbitration provides a mechanism to be paid from the ODM for products that are not licensed (CDMA/LTE)….and after June 2014….all Apple products will be unlicensed and thus the royalty is payable by the ODM…at the rate set by the negotiated contract between IDCC and the ODM
