less only dell revenues, enterprise licensing revenues have not increased in H1,13 vs H1,12.

yes. non-oem revenues in 2013 are also hampered by legacy revenue declines from other major orders.

it is only non-legacy enterprise revenue which is increasing.

just in case anyone is curious.
