We agree on 1st paragraph above, but you fail to recognize that every company listed in that paragraph
[MON, DD, DOW, LYB, PX, FCX, IP, PPG] necessarily engages in materials science as well. Your response, IMO, makes no sense.

And how or why does energy enter the picture? Another deflection, off the topic?
