New Wave: Just from reading his resume and background, Solms did not seem like the patsy some posters think he is. Your conversations with him left you with a positive feeling, so maybe there is hope, after all.
It is encouraging to see some Wave products are actually being sold. But, as you indicated, those companies found Wave, instead of the vice versa. That to me, is an indictment of the old sales team.
One would think if one of Wave's products is being requested, that is the product to push. Jump on it with both feet and go at it full blast. Then, you try to widen out the entire product line.
I am hopeful Solms can extricate Wave from the awful mess in which the Spragues enveloped it and begin to put the company on a solid path to success. But that is my wishful thinking. He seems to be a professional and that is exactly what we have needed for a long time.
Do you have any thoughts about my question--is Wave too far gone to be salvaged?
