I just received the confirmation we will get news next week:

Dear XXX,

WSP has not yet filed the annual report and the going private transaction is still active. The Company provided an update on September 27th that it has made substantial progress in its audit for the year ended December 31, 2012 and still anticipates filing its annual report on Form 20-F in October 2013.
