Addendum re Brazil's oil action: It's hardly surprising that one of the no-shows in the recent bidding for the Libra field was CVX, which has been subjected to undue civil and criminal harassment resulting from a small oil spill. What is surprising, IMO, is the absence of XOM in the auction.
