They never dumped SFOR, read the court papers. In short, whitesky had a contracrt with sfor and used their technology. Thinking they were slik , they took a company out of the country to dup the technology and started using that, and thus dropped sfor.
1) breach of contract
2) patent infrigment
Whitesky has no leggs to stand on in this case. They f...cked up all around.
