Steve Susman? LOL
Well, at least you looked at the billings. Yes, Steve Susman is there; first a brief court jest, then administratively. That's it. And that appearance was all show. It's what he contributes, the litigators are the ones that work the securities cases.
However, I had referred to SG's well documented success in securities litigation cases and asked that it be noted who the SG counsel/litigators that won those cases where. THEN, take a look at the BK team representing the EC. They aren't there. Not one of them. Heavily experienced, very successfull; but a 'no show. Unrestricted by the BK court, yet never applied for admission to the case. The crew representing the EC 'cut their teeth on a major bankruptcy and 'cut their teeth on the securities matters (my point being SG had more than adequate, credentialed litigators to staff the case, but did not).
