I notice Dave Sobek wrote a piece on ONTX on Sep 25. On Oct 4, ontx hit a high of 31 intraday and has been back sliding ever since.

All events mentioned are too far away. It seems to me, noisy trading with a low vol/low float volatile cancer drug company.
