Koos needs to prove the science to get paid himself (he holds many shares bought @ a premium over current share price). Right now the odds are in his/BMSN's favor. You don't commit 50% of your stack to a pot if your odds are only 17% to win it.
The logistics and monetary requirement to meet the goals show complete commitment by BMSN toward IND approval.
The Science is valid. The company is on track to meeting the goals set forth.
HemaXellerate is NOT the only treatment/science BMSN is working on.
Again, as with any bio-tech start up, its 7 - 10 years to Phase I. That is a marriage, not a commitment, IMO.
