No...you said there wouldn't be any tax, just like you said federal flood insurance wasn't subsidized. Now you equivocate, and say the tax is minuscule. If you want to pick and choose, why not point out the section that indicates taxes and fees paid by insurance company's and businesses will be passed on to consumers?
