For example, the Excise Tax on Tanning Services is levied only on those who obtain tanning services at tanning facilities (excluding phototherapy administered by a medical professional) while the Additional Hospital Insurance Tax increase only affects individuals whose annual adjusted gross income exceeds $200,000 ($250,000 for a married couple).



This is hardly all of the unsubsidized insureds, in fact it's only a minuscule percent of them. Maybe you and Boner need to cut back on the tanning salons. Boo Hoo!
