won't be necessary.

this company is in a rare position where a company can actually pull off going from the otc to the larger exchanges w/o having to restructure or r/s.

it is possible b/c of the potential exponential growth rate of the industry they've positioned themselves in. if indust devl fall into place w/o govt hitches, the legal dope indust is poised to grow in leap and bounds. And that growth can happen very fast. It's conceivable the indust could be firmly on its feet in over 1/4 of the nation & growing at an annual 150% growth rate clip by 2016. thats a serious ascending market potential.

if phot can position & ride those winds, profits will take care of themselves. this companies pps will ascend accordingly. Easily, to a pps that will have no need for a r/s.

of course all of this are big if's, but the potential is possible. And there is historical precedent. One only has to observe the auto indust in the 1910's for a parallel.
